We took lic policies in 2010 after me and spouse got pr status while visiting India. We mentioned our indian address there.Does this possess any problem while claim. Would it be rejected. If claim rejected what happens to all the premiums that we paid.
what documents would be required during claim.by the time of claim we wil be citizens
Whats advisable for these policies?

  1. with draw
  2. pay and hope they dont reject based on our citizen ship

Hi Siva,

I don’t think this will be an issue. But anyway better to check out the official page from LIC of India website where they have mentioned about the terms & conditions for NRI people.
